Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

Items may be returned for a refund of merchandise costs (minus original shipping costs) or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in any of the following situations:

  1. Items received were defective or dead on arrival.
  2. Items received were not the items that were ordered.

Please contact us to initiate a return or request a replacement.

For cancellations, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to catch your order. If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it at that point.

Pricing/International Purchases
