Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

Items may be returned for a refund of merchandise costs (minus original shipping costs) or exchanged within 14 days of purchase in any of the following situations:

1. Items received were defective or dead on arrival.
2. Items received were not the items that were ordered.

Please contact us to initiate a return or request a replacement.

For cancellations, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to catch your order. If the order has already shipped, we will be unable to cancel it at that point.

Security

All transactions are encrypted using SSL, so your information is safe and secure. We never store credit card information on our servers.

Pricing/International Purchases

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars ($USD). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The card issuer will handle all currency conversions to U.S. dollars. In some cases, your bank may charge you a fee. Please contact your bank in regard to these fees.
